Preparation for refurbishment and re-purposing of mall space

We can provide complete strip-out of mall units and mall common space areas involving architectural, mechanical and electrical strip out. We can take finishes completely back to the base building in preparation of refurbishment.

Typically this type of service is provided while the mall is in operation so we ensure that no business services are disrupted and all restrictions such as noise and dust are stringently adhered to.

Some of our larger scale mall fit-up projects include the Bayshore food court, the Rideau Center, Victoria's Secret and Nordstrom's.
