Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

At Latcon we pride ourselves in utilizing effective waste management procedures. This allows us to recycle approximately 90% of our demolition jobs. We provide Waste Audits for all our projects which allows our customers to track the disposal of their demolition waste.

We have been involved in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) demolition projects and have met the strict guidelines that must be adhered to. We achieved Gold LEED certification on our project at 90 Elgin Street
